The rooms were nice with all the basics. I found the layout of the building a little confusing until a staff member gave me more information. My husband has mobility issues and cannot walk far. I told the staff member this, and yet he did not tell me that one of the entrances has a ramp. The desk staff were polite but not particularly welcoming.
We had a very pleasant experience here. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were super clean with comfortable beds, the kitchenette with dishwasher was a nice touch. The pool was clean and the area this property is located is super quiet compared to other hotels nearby that are located close to the interstate.
When we first pulled up to this inn, the outside was so shockingly beautiful. The front desk man was helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. When we walked into our room it was SO clean! It was probably the cleanest inn I have ever been to! I love that they provided shower necessities, especially since we had forgot our soap. The gym and pool were very nice. The pool does provide towels for after swimming. The only reason I can give 4 stars is due to the sofa bed mattress and the wool blanket to be very itchy. I do recommend.
Good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is standard fare. Ample parking and in a good area. Note that the rooms do not have USB plugs, so please ensure you pack yours.
Stayed here during a lacrosse tournament. We felt very safe. Lots of other families and athletes. Nice lobby for gathering. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Great stay, but brutally cold weather. Just wanted to add that the morning staff during breakfast were excellent and made me feel at home!
This is my go-to hotel when I’m in the area. The front desk staff are always friendly, the rooms are spacious with a convenient kitchenette and comfortable beds, and the location makes it easy to get where I need to go without looping around the highway—a big plus on busy mornings.
